A Garden of Plant Facts



Always a great way to find out what your students know about any subject... have them write about it! I've always liked this open-ended activity because the kids can write as much as they want to and use whatever vocabulary they are able to use. After the kids wrote what they learned about plants on circle paper, they simply designed a flower and glued the writing to the center. Some of them used crayons to add an extra bit of design which really looks nice.
